in line with the current Corona pandemic, we would like to inform you about the measures which we have already implemented and/or are in process to implement. All of these are geared towards providing the maximum protection for the health of our clients.
All employees are taught in a training course on how to protect themselves as well as our guests from infection.
In particular, employees are advised of their duty to leave the Hotel premises immediately in the event of a suspected covid19 illness and to inform us.
Measures in the hotel:
At the reception, a plexiglass shield has been installed to protect guests and employees from getting into contact with each other.
All keys are being disinfected after they have been returned.
A disinfection dispenser is available in front of and in the entrance area. The filling level is being checked daily.
Appropriate distance markings have been installed in the entrance area.
The two entrance doors remain open for as long as possible, thus contact is being avoided.
Further actions being in place:
When paying with a card, the keyboard is disinfected after each payment process.
Cleaning and disinfection wherever contact is possible has ben organized.
Disinfectant dispensers have been put in the hotel corridors for anyone to use.
All guest toilets are equipped with a paper towel holder. The toilets are checked twice a day.
Handrails in the stairs and all door handles are disinfected at least twice a day.
Room cleaning and equipment:
Decorative material (i.e. covers, decorative pillows, wool blankets, folders, etc.) have all been removed from the room.
The beds are covered with bed linen, which have been washed at 95 degrees.
The towels are washed as well at 95 degrees and dried in the dryer.
All rooms are equipped with disinfectent dispensers and being controlled daily.
To minimise the chance for COVID-19 to spread around or attack anyone, utilisation of the available disinfectent is highly recommended. The available product meets the norms set-out by the authorities.
The house staff is cleaning the rooms exclusively with masks and will wear new disposable gloves at each room.
All contact surfaces (doorhandles, light switches, telephones, remote controls, fittings in the bathroom, toilet glasses, toilet brush handles) are sprayed with surface disinfectant.
Restaurant service will be exclusively in the garden, where tables are set in 2 m distance from each other.
Despite these unusual circumstances, the hotel stuff will do their utmost to provide you with a safe and enjoyable surrounding.
